We want you to feel confident booking with My Puppy Coach. Here's how refunds and cancellations work.

Cancelling your booking

More than 48 hours before your session: full refund or free reschedule, your choice
Within 48 hours of your session: non-refundable, but we'll offer one free reschedule where possible
No-shows without notice: non-refundable

Your right to cancel (cooling-off period)

Under UK consumer law, you normally have 14 days from booking to cancel and receive a full refund, even if that falls within our 48-hour window above.

Because our sessions are often booked and delivered within a short timeframe, by completing your booking and agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you're happy for your session to go ahead within this 14-day period, and you understand this means you give up the right to the full 14-day cancellation period for sessions that have already taken place.

If we cancel

If we ever need to cancel a session, you'll receive a full refund or a free reschedule, whichever you prefer.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
